With 43 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, I specialize in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and hold certification in assistive technology through the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America. After decades in public schools, I’ve transitioned to the private sector, continuing my work with individuals with complex communication needs. I provide AAC services including evaluations, feature matching, technology implementation, and training for families, caregivers, schools, and agencies. I have also presented on AAC topics at regional and state conferences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our Rottweilers, and engaging in activities like swimming, dancing, and crocheting.
